okie..i am here to post...dunnow ad to post..oh ya..yesterdae my class had incline pull up and 2.4..kns...i run like siao..bcoz actualy can run de..but i nvr wear ankle guard and so..i can run that good...and today my muscle achin due to the pull up thing..damn..i think i injured my muscle on my right side..and my left side ish pain too..sian..so mani pain here and there..that time durin the competition oso i dun htink ppl will believe lorx..haix...stupid although happy that injured..but nvr go hospital..haix..end up still hav to one person lonely go back honme wid that pain in my arm..no ppl can tell lah..haix..but injured oso no use ar..i dun perform well...let mr leow down...okie i am achin everiwheere now...and i wonder will i b able to spar again...i juz wish i could break my leg and so that i can see hu ish carin and oso i can do some light stuff instead of runnin here and there...haha..okie i am mad...i dun think ppl will believe mi lah..so ya...haha...today in class ish our first time day...first time i actually sit down there and think...do the things..although got ask ppl..but den still got do rite...first time..and guess wad go toilet smoke teacher suddenly go in toilet but nvr say anithign..haha..its so cool man...i wish everiday could b like that...so that i can learn somethings..haha...




okie..hey hey...back to blog...but i super tired...and so i decided to keep it short..haha..went to sch..boring ar..teacher oso kns..everiday same same lah...dun even understand wad she talkin about..siaox liaox lah...haha..den stayed back in sch to wait for jonathan den went over to vivo to buy jacket for baby...den after that wen she reach i pass it to her..super funny lah..but she lost to mi..so baby go train hard ar..den can win mi le..haha...i very lousy wan...haha..so den teacher let us see some video..den select things..den kanna sabo by some gay..lolx..i mean the voice sound like gal..den we keep disturb him..haha..den after that wanted to take bus..but den that stupid bus go away sad rite..den i end up hav to borrow money and top up my card..thanx..wil pay eu back..hehe....
